Take advantage of our sampling policy to ensure you choose the best cabinet
hardware for your needs. Knobs&Things.com will ship up to 3 different
cabinet hardware items (1 quantity of each item) from any of our manufacturers,
(only items priced at $20.00 or less are eligible for this program). When
you place your full order (minimum order $50.00 to qualify) you will be
credited for the one or two items you do not choose. You will not be
required to return your unwanted cabinet hardware.
To take advantage of this program follow this process:
Place order via the web or call our Sales Department at 1-800-427-8479. Once
you receive your sample feel free to install them on your cabinets and try them
out.
After making your choice, please call our sales department to place your
order. Please have your sample order number ready.
Credit will be given for the unwanted hardware if your new order exceeds $50.
Please Note:
This policy only pertains
to cabinet hardware items.
You will not be reimbursed for the shipping surcharge of your sample
order.
Any hardware items ordered with a value of $20.00 or more is subject to a
25% restocking fee.
