Great attractive design. But wobbles a lot even with a bag of sand down the pole to make it sturdier. Easy to put.

METAL ON THIS BOX IS NOT CONSTRUCTED WELL TO ADAPT TO FLORIDA'S HEAT. SIDE PANELS SPLIT OPEN VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE FOR THE PRICE PAID

Top-heavy mailbox needs work

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This top-heavy mailbox is not sturdy unless you fill the middle column with sand. I didn't find this out until it was operational. The CS rep at The Solar Group informed me that the sand used as ballast usually helps.
However I am unable to disassemble it so am up a creek as far as how to give it the needed stability.
