Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
While seemingly expensive, this mail slot more than met expectations for a very rich look on a solid teak and Peruvian walnut gate that we had built as a front gate. It is large enough for the substantial mail that we receive and makes a grand statement as part of what is for us our "front door."
