This Dragonfly Brass/Bronze Door Knocker is part of the Garden Guests Door Knockers series. Polished Brass and Bronze Height: 6.0" Width: 8.5" Depth: 1.75"
All Michael Healy Door Knockers have been coated with a baked, catalyzed polyurethane paint (similar to the clear top coat on an automobile and should be cared for similarly). Coating the Door Knocker with a paste wax will greatly extend the life of the finish. Do Not use a brass cleaner or an abrasive pad, this will damage the clear coating and the original polished finish.

Solidly constructed stylish design.Expected a little more coloration on wings (as depicted in picture). The door knocker we received seems more like solid brass than brass/bronze combo.This item looks like it will last for quite some time.
