No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The inside tailpiece is made of plastic and breaks very easily with even a little pressure when turning the key all the way to the stop point. Curiously, the outside tailpiece is metal and fine. Why did Emtek cheap out on such a tiny, but important, part?
Otherwise it is attractive and has a nice finish and nice details in the rope design.
