Only issue with this item is one needs to be careful when mounting. If it is not lined up (latch to hook), it can bind... Not a big deal, but one must test during the mounting process.

Excellent, heavy duty latch - except for the #6 screws. I felt #8 at a minimum would be better. On the other hand, it hasn't pulled out of the wall (yet)
